The two of them had been working for the same organization for a couple of years but with very little interaction. Upon Joey's transfer to a different department, the two of them began to see each other more frequently. Joey is actually credited with saying, after seeing Megan at a company function, "Thats her. That's the one! So I was patient.".

Monday, December 14, 2009. Cooper's birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year. We decided he would have much more fun at Disneyland than eating turkey and taking a nap. Joe was in charge of the date and the food was delicious. We actually had enough shish kabobs left over for dinner yesterday as well- they were very filling. We have been busy getting the most out of the this summer and fall: Houston Texas for 4th of July; lots of fishing; a trip to the Wisconsin shore; a Ryder Cup practice round; the Railway Museum; first flight with the Young Eagles; Minnesota Northwoods; and the Chicago Art Museum.
