Friday, April 10, 2009. I have to say that my sister's doglets are one of my favorite photographic subjects. They are the sweetest things and they show so much personalities. I can't believe how fast they have grown! Aunt Keely is hilarious as she holds Annie like a baby! I can't believe that Annie still has her blue eyes! Annie is getting more and more photogenic. Monday, September 15, 2008. High School Friend comes to visit. The great thing about Charlotte is that it is an airport hub and it is actually a desirable place to visit. We have been blessed with a variety of guests over the last year, which has made it a lot of fun! Tim's childhood friend, Chris Jacobs, swung by on his way back from a research trip in NYC. The guys mostly just visited with one another, however, we took a trip up the Blueridge Parkway for sight seeing, etc. Links to this post.

It's always better when we're together. Almost February January 29, 2010. 8212; laurenandben @ 3:27 am. First I have to mention that the last post was generated the DAY we found we we were pregnant. I was so excited and couldn’t say anything but it’s all I was thinking about. Seems like forever ago now. I am now almost 17 weeks, everything seems to be going so well so far, and yesterday we had our first ultrasound! Thank goodness my least favorite month is almost over and February should be a good one!

I have been SOOOO busy with school stuff but am still making the time to prepare for the baby. I cannot believe she’ll be here just over 3 months! Ever since we finished the deck I’ve wanted to make furniture from some of our scrap materials. I plan to make a number of side tables to go with all of our chairs, but couldn’t decide what else to make. Yesterday, I decided to turn two of our scrap 2x12s into benches!
