July 23, 2016. I am so sad! I have not hiked since I went to the Red River Gorge over 4th of July Weekend! So basically 3 weeks ago. I just have been feeling so busy and lazy! Does anyone else think there isn’t enough hours in the day? With work, my horses, and the heat I just haven’t made it out on the trails! I am hoping to get a new shift at work that will help give me a bit more day light after work. So how does everyone else combat the heat while hiking? Also how do you prioritize hiking?

July 6, 2016. How is everyone doing? This is my first post on my new blog which is perfect timing because I just got back from a great trip at Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park! Friday, September 08, 2006. Today Megan is like any other 3 year old. Unfortunately she has been left paraylised from the waist down and will spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair. She has a neuropathic bowell and bladder and a scoliosis measuring 65 degrees in her spine. She will be having surgery on September 29th to give her metal rods to try and straighten her back.
