March 25, 2008. Finally, a good experiece. 8212; anichka @ 10:23 pm. As you can tell, I’m catching up on things that I’ve thought of the past several weeks. I recommend the Shoppers Drug Mart at the Seaway Mall. 2 Comments ». I always go to that Shoppers just to buy nail polish too! I just bought two new shades for $3. Unfortunately, no one has ever asked if I needed any help when I go. 8212; March 26, 2008 @ 3:09 am. Maybe I should take this as an excuse to update my nail polish collection!

February 26, 2008. Customer Service, important or so last year? 8212; anichka @ 3:15 am. 8221; How can I respond to that other than “yes I did, because the staff were too busy chit chatting amongst to see me walking around with clothes in my hand.” I would love to be a secret shopper for a company, because I know that when i worked at a clothing store, I acknowledged customers and smiled and said hello, that is all it takes. So my real question is, what is wrong with customer service these days?
