Monday, January 12, 2009. We just left the remote village of Boca da Valeria. We saw pet monkeys, capobara, crocodiles. The cruise line supports a school in this village. The villagers have small wood boats with little engines with straight shafts that look like weedeaters. There are pink dolphins that jump in the shallow waters of the river.
