My Life in Sweden. Wednesday, March 28, 2012. I spoke a little too soon in my last blog because one day later spring arrived in Stockholm. It has been nothing but sunshine and warm temperatures from 52-65 degrees since I last wrote (except today it's raining). It is perfect soccer weather and I can finally wear shorts at training. From one island to another. This Honolulu city girl is experiencing a whole new kind of "island life" in Japan. I live on Suo-Oshima, a rural little island full of mikan oranges, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, beautiful sunsets over the water, crabs crossing the streets, and no video rental stores. It's great.
