Friday, June 4, 2010. BAKED ALIVE or Nearly so. Megaworld installs CHIGO air conditioners that do not cool. Residents report that in summer heat they have to leave their units to escape the heat. One resident reports that with all three units running temperature could not be brought below 29 degrees with blinds down. Developer, Megaworld and property managment company refuse to comment on numerous complaints. What kind of qualilty is this," asks on disgruntled resident. June 4, 2010 at 11:38 AM.
