Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Super Easy Appetizer - Caprese Salad on a stick! Christmas is getting closer and the parties keep stacking up! My work Christmas party is this weekend and we are doing a potluck with a twist. food on a stick. So this will be one of the food items I am taking. It's super easy and always a hit! Fresh Mozzarella balls (roughly the same size as the Cherry Tomatoes). 1Cut up the Basil into big pieces (depending on the size of Basil you have). Voila, Caprese Salad on a toothpick!
