Wednesday, December 08, 2010. I am officially enjoying the Christmas season, as of today really. I have come out of the funk I've been in for a couple of weeks. I enjoy taking off my glasses and gazing at our beautifully lit, blurry Christmas tree. My kitchen is clean.and therefore ready to be destroyed by the upcoming candy-making extravaganza. I just had to eat some of my cookies. and a piece of pizza. and maybe something else. ;). Here's been a typical daily menu for me:. Breakfast - rice chex drizzled with honey, banana, or hashbrowns and bacon, or low-fat yogurt, or gf pancakes. Lunch - baked potato and broccoli/carrots, or lunch meat/cheese/apple, or chicken/salad.
