My sister found this recipe on one of my favorite blogs, The Hostess with the Mostess. I have to agree, they are the best. A thick and moist sugar cookie with a light frosting. A Day in the Life. Wednesday, March 15. My mom brought over Mardi Gras masks, coloring sheets for the kids along with an explanation of Fat Tuesday, and these delicious King Cupcakes. As soon as we walk into the botanical gardens, I feel happy. It's a beautiful change of scenery from gloomy winter weather. The theme in the showcase garden right now is Mary Poppins. It's so cute.
