We went with the wool/fiberglass mix, (it's fluffy and pink) and we highly recommend it! We found out that the recycled cardboard insulation (we originally planned to have blown in) soaks up moisture, thus gets moldy, thus needs to be replaced in 6 years! Saturday, May 28, 2011. I finished the rocking chairs a few days ago, but haven’t had time to blog. First, I sanded them, then I primed them with an oil based primer (kilz), then I painted them Sea Green (kilz), then I put a wax finish on them. The green is not as bright as an apple green, but I had this green left over from our old house, so it was FREE! Now to the pictures…. Tuesday, April 7, 2009. I Went On A Holiday. The sunset on the way out of Tulsa headed to Colorado. We got to spend time with old friends in Tulsa, Ok. This is my best friend Kelly with her two kids Aurora and Pike. We were all tan from skiing. This is the day we shopped all day! Taking a break.this ski stuff wears you out. Look at me go!
