Thursday, November 3, 2011. Better late than never. What a month October was! First of all happy birthday my dear Avery! Little miss is now 12 months old (as of October 19)! I can't believe it! She is such a blessing and is so much fun. In the last month she has become even more mobile by using anyone and anything to cruise, walking with her toys and standing without assistance. Saturday, May 26, 2012. Hello 90 degree weather! The past month has, of course, gone by way too fast. Avery has developed quite the independent attitude. This will serve her well in the future, but for now that strong will is trying her momma's patience some times. Tuesday, January 8, 2013. The holidays came and went so quickly. I was supposed to work Christmas day but was granted off by seniority. So we had a wonderful time celebrating at home. It was the best Christmas in a long time. It was a rare day of nothing but family time. There were no errands, no cleaning, no house to do list, just play time, Christmas. Movie watching, and making Jesus'. Birthday cake. We stayed in pjs. At home. We'll see how these look in a few months! Happy New Year everyone! Crossing ...

Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Here are some new pictures from the new house. This past week, they put in the floors, countertops, doors and door hardware, garage doors, painted and poured our driveway, sidewalk, porch and patio. More pictures to come later this week as they add landscaping and hopefully the stone to the exterior. Garage doors are in. A shot of the hardwoods, very dirty/dusty. Another picture of the hard wood. The granite in the kitchen. The tile in the master bath shower.

Thursday, March 15, 2012. How did 2 months pass by without a blog update? In our spare time, haha, we have been getting the townhouse ready to go on the market. Our hope is to sell it by the fall, so we can buy a house with a yard and garage. They are coming to take pictures of it tomorrow, so it should be on the market in the next week or two, so fingers crossed! We leave for vacation in 9 days! I'll post pictures when we get back :). Saturday, September 15, 2012. Well for those who haven't heard we finally have a contract on our town house. It took 5 months and over 40 showings to find the right buyer, but we made it! We have jumped over the inspection hurdle with no major complications, now we just have to make it through the appraisal and we will be good to go. We are supposed to close on September 28. That is only 4 weeks from the original offer date. We are moving in fast forward these days. Part of our yard. One of our side yard...
