The life and times of one Meg. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Leave sport out of it. Today a group of men (who remain at large) attacked a visiting team of Sri Lankan cricket players in Lahore, Pakistan. It's incredibly angering because I worry Pakistan is going the route of a failed state, but I'm especially distressed to see terrorists (I assume, though we don't know yet) meddling in the world of sport. Think of how sad it was when the Olympics have been canceled in the past because of war.
