This soda bread has a lovely texture with a hint of sweetness. It's also the only soda bread recipe I've come across that uses margarine! Grandma Murphy's "Soon to be Famous" Irish Soda Bread. 3 cups white flour. 1 Tablespoon of salt (you may want to add less salt if your margarine is salted). 1 1/2 level teaspoons of baking soda. 1 1/2 level teaspoons of baking powder.

Cheater's Pot de Creme au Chocolat. 2 large or 4 small servings. 2 hr 15 minutes. 15 minutes active time, 2 hours to chill). Blender or food processor. 2/3 cup whole milk (substitute 1% or 2% milk for a lighter version). 1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips.
