Friday, January 3, 2014. Spoke with Dr Upperman and he said the surgery was a success. First off, they did a diagnostic lapascopy. They were able to see all the scar tissue as you can see in IMG003. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your prayers for my little girl. please keep them coming for her speedy recovery! This is her once we saw her in PACU (post-anesthesia care unit). Check out my little trooper! She also says thanks and that she loves you all! January 3, 2014 at 11:58 PM. See you soon Meilinn!

I left her side around 1230 and she was done by 1400. I thought it may be good news considering Dr Lo already knew Meilinn's insides and may have possibly placed the stent. Didn't think we would experience the new Children's Hospital, yet we're here and here I am, blogging about it. Got to CHLA ER around 3pm and didn't get seen by a MD til 5pm.
