Friday, July 31, 2015. Back to Brighton Lakes and the Albion Basin. Several weeks ago, Maggie, Yandary, and I made plans to visit the Albion Basin and see the wildflowers over Pioneer Day weekend. As already posted. I need to go back and spend an entire day wandering with my camera. We chose a place to eat, and I stuffed myself silly with an amazing quinoa/kale/strawberry salad and pulled pork sandwich. All in all it was fabulous Pioneer Day weekend! No Weekend Left Behind.
