Tuesday, July 28, 2015. After a few weeks painting hiatus, I had an amazing session last night. I combined bubbles and ink and only inhaled up the straw too far once. Sunday, June 21, 2015. My last chalkboard creation at ICC. I have not had any time to burn lately, but even if I would have had the time, it would not have been spent in the studio. When I do go out there, it's usually to grab a gift or to make sure the AC is still on. I haven't felt like painting or doing anything with my torch/metal/rocks in a while. I already mentioned. This final fact does not make me want to paint. It makes me want to get a different day job. And so I did. Me, " So I can do therapy.

Sunday, August 2, 2015. Des Moines has a rad art park. This one felt a bit like stepping into my own painting. We were actually separated by a wall of blue glass, facing each other. Trying out the new pedal at Chicago Music Exchange. My feet waiting for U2, with 27,000 of my closest friends. U2 delivered. Electric Cactus. The stage, the screen, the visuals- -amazing. More cacti, connecting points of light. Thanks to all his hotel stays with Healthtronics, we got to stay at The Palmer! My Day Job Rocks!

Monday, October 13. 3 large peaches, sliced. Toss together in a 2 qt casserole dish. 1/2 c gluten free oats. 1/4 gluten free flour. 2/3 c brown sugar. Mix the oats, flours, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Cover the fruit with the topping and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or. Until it's golden brown and bubbly and you just can't wait any longer. A little about me. This week the baby is the size of a mango! I can now officially say I have felt the baby. I’m sure I have been for weeks now, but I can now tell when it’s the baby and when it’s. Something else.🙂 It’s a pretty cool feeling! Fall is my favorite time of the year! I’m loving the hoodies, hats, knitting, fires and fall foods. Tom has been making some great soups lately. Today is going to be some sort of mexican chicken soup and I’m stoked to try it! We get to go back to Wichita in 3 weeks!

One hour from the start of nap time, putting him back to bed 21 or 22 times (honestly, I lost count), and one incident of him putting his head in the toilet and blowing bubbles (yes that’s right)…I pray that he is asleep.
