http://joe-mossman.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Let's Take a Walk Through the Ruins of Paradise, Shall We? Every month my writer’s group is given a prompt – a phrase, a word or a set of words – and invited to come up with a two hundred and fifty word story based on it. Two hundred and fifty exactly. That’s the challenge. This month the prompt was four words, each of which had to appear at least once in the story: bedlam, shambles, tawdry. Through the Ruins of Paradise. Monday, January 9, 2012. Some fairly exciting news from ...

Joe Mossman: October 2012
http://joe-mossman.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Author Spotlight: Melanie Robertson-King. Would you rather write from a female or male point of view? In A Shadow in the Past, I wrote from both. I really have no preference. One is as easy as the other. What I found the most difficult was the "time" difference. My male character was in the Victorian era from a wealthy family so I had to make sure he acted as a proper gentleman and not speak in modern terms. Who are your favourite authors? What advice would you give to aspirin...

http://sheryls-ramblings.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Safkhet Publishing Summer Reads. Saturday, 30 November 2013. Review: It Happened One Night by Phillipa Ashley Perfect Escapism. It Happened One Night. My rating: 5 of 5 stars. It Happened One Night. This book was it. This really was a lovely book to read, plenty enough tension to keep you glued to the pages and radiating that perfect sort of warmth that makes you want to curl up in front of the fire. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending it. View all my reviews. Tuesday, 12 November 2013.

Crocheting Dutch Doilies – The Write Way
https://brendavisser.wordpress.com/2012/01/10/crocheting-dutch-doilies
Crocheting with my grandmother, “Oma” in the winter is a warm memory from my first year of marriage. I had moved far away from friends to be with my husband, and was admittedly a little lonely (although I am not sure I admitted it at the time). This doily was a wedding gift from my husband's Oma. She was in her 90s when she made it. She gave me the gift of herself, and I am grateful. Share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window). The sky reflected on the van in this photo of my daughters. I love how picturesque and pastoral the sky can be. Contentment- but is that the beginning of storm clouds? I love the mystery of the night sky,. Moon over fields and brush, Leeds and Grenville, ON. And the surprises that it showcases. Rainbow, Leeds and Grenville, ON. I love the drama.
