SOME TV SOME OF THE TIME. Thursday, April 5, 2012. 5:15am Alarm/clock radio turns on: This morning I wake up and realize it's time to get up and walk. I decide if I don't move then I might be able to ignore the music for a few more minutes. (The radio is across the room so I can't hit snooze.). 5:20am My backup alarm on my cell phone starts chiming. Since my cell phone is on the nightstand I simply hit it and it stops. 5:40am Guilt prompts me to get up. Stop so FLB* can relieve himself. FLB Harley my love.

Tuesday, March 1, 2011. I have learned I am a creature of habit. My alarm goes off at the same time every morning, I hit the snooze every morning and curse that I'm getting up so early.every morning. I take the same route into work every day and take the same route home. I even park in the same spot and get darned upset when someone has swiped my spot! I even have the same routine when I get to work, drop the lunch sack, login, check out the comics, then get to work. Now I have to change my routine!

Just another WordPress.com site. May 6, 2013. In 2010 I jumped into St George chasing a Kona slot and left with something far greater. That race has forever changed me as an athlete. I taught myself to embrace climbing and to love the winds. Racing there feels like my home field and returning for the third year in a row left me filed with confidence and excitement. Back on the original Ironman course, this run leaves no room for any sort of weakness! What an incredible accomplishment! I just love it!
