Melanie's Double Jaw Surgery. I'm blogging my way through double jaw surgery. I had a Lefort 1 and a bisagittal split osteotomy on February 9, 2011. Monday, March 14, 2011. Pain: 1 out of 10 just achy. It's been over a month wow how time flies. My face is still swollen on the right.it looks weird.
