Melanie thought it was a "bad rule" that we had to wait until everyone ate birthday cake to open presents, but she waited somewhat patiently until we had to turn the TV on to distract her. Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Long time, no chat. My little girl has stopped ice skating. She is now onto softball. My littlest man is WALKING! Mind you it did take him 16 months to master this skill, but now he won't sit still. He is such a joy to have as part of our family! My husband continues to be the best husband ever! Saturday, May 22, 2010. He did awesome running track this year! Monday, May 10, 2010. My baby isn't sleeping so I'm exhausted! I also started a boot camp. starts at 5:30am so that could be adding to the lack of sleep that I feel I'm getting! I'm very proud of myself though for starting this workout! My target weight is only 19 lbs away! I do have to thank my wonderful husband for helping me do all this. he is so awesome with the children! He's a dream come true! Sunday, May 9, 2010. Sunday, March 14, 2010. Today was an unusual day for us. we finally have SUNSHINE! Ok so that's my rant for today! On a better note. my LITTLE MAN is getting to big. He weighed in at 13 lbs at the doctor's office last week. I told him to slow down growing up but I don't think he's listening. Sunday, March 7, 2010. My little man giggling for the first time. Thursday, April 21, 2011. I had to make Rice Krispies bars for school today. I definitely don't make these often. We ended bringing a pan home with us. I was afraid that I was going to end up eating them all because my big kids are gone for the weekend but I think my 18 month old is going to beat me to them all! May 7, 2014 was the official day, and he decided to do it at Grandma and Grandpa's house when neither mom or dad were around of course. He didn't do much of it the next couple of days, but then May 10, 2014 he is really starting to prefer to walk over crawl! This is right about the exact same time Melanie started walking. Last weekend Melanie took a painting class! He got a buzz cut! And a picture after!
