The dark sand bay). Bahía Cuastecomate is located 4 km from the Mex 200 junction. West of Melaque, and named after the fruit of the Tecomate tree. The dark sand beach in this cove is well protected from offshore winds, making it a quiet spot for swimming, snorkeling or sunbathing. Rescue groups throughout Mexico have done a great job of reducing the population of distressed street dogs. Trouwens de laatste dagen wordt de zee ook ruwer. Naar het schijnt is dit normaal voor deze periode en neemt het in februari zelfs nog toe.
