Now if you have the lucrative funds to do so, and time is of the essence, then by all means, hire a professional. You will have your website quicker, they probably have an idea of what would fit your needs, and you will not have the stress that accompanies building your own web site. I also found the piece about frames actually being web pages within themselves quite interesting as well.
