Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Well, i'm going to briefly explain about what actually Planking mean. Planking a.k.a laying down game. For your information, there's rules for Planking:. To plank you must lay horizontally straighten your body and point your fingers and toes down (towards your feet). You must name your "plank" and post a picture of the creator (of the plank) performing the pose on Facebook. To Plank, you also need. Friends willing to take pictures of you looking like retards. Is that a good idea?

Monday, August 31, 2009. Today is 31/8 ah.haha.but me go Bako National Park for relaxation with church friends .=) hehe. Felt so good , can obtain fresh air oxygen.haha. may get heathly then.=D. We climbed the mountain and walk along the path to reach the high place and have a sight of picturesque view. The sky , the sea , the sand and the rock all is so beautiful. And I was 1st time have a look at the high place there.then see the wonderful and beautiful sight. the God's creation. =). May god bless them .
