Monday, July 17, 2006. July 17, 2006. Today I set up 2 pools in the backyard and a sprinkler. What fun we had! It has been a long time since I have splashed around in a baby pool and ran through the sprinkler. I need to take more time to do stuff like that. This is a verse I have read many times, but need to focus on more. My words and thoughts are not always pleasing to God. I need to focus on making every moment of everyday pleasing to God. We have been studying insects which has been fun, but has involved lots of prep work. The kids I watch have been CRAZY all week. It's like they decided all the rules didn't apply any more. Sunday, July 09, 2006. July 9, 2006. I wish I could be in that setting everyday. The river we canoed on was so clear! The trees were gorgeous - plus we saw some awesome houses built along the river. We are going to go back at the beginning of October when the leaves are changing and canoe again. It was fabulous. But as always, vacation ends and the real world comes back into play. Eric and Christi have been here with us since the beginning of our campus ministry adventure. They have been through all of the ups and downs with CSF, and have stayed faithful to the ministry, and have been huge encouragement to Ben and myself. Just thinking out loud. Wednesday, November 08, 2006. The clock tower that usually chimes to tell me I'm just a little. Bit late for my 8am class. The building that 90% of my classes are in. Founder's Cafe: They have terrible coffee, but they have GREAT food and a real fireplace that keeps me warm while studying or meeting with people. Little bits of Miami all in one: Study area, post office, convenient store, ATM, and copy center (like Kinko's) all in one little area. with room to spare.

This has got to be the most disturbing product I've seen yet associated with "mega-church." Just thinking out loud. Friday, January 05, 2007. Well, it's been a while. The holidays have come and gone and so has a semester. I just want to give a little update. Yet another culture shock for us. It's wonderful and different. And I didn't even give too many hints. It was really weird, but cool. As a whole, it's been a great Christmas break.
