I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of what might have been - Dave Matthews Band. Sunday, September 30, 2012. Biting off more than I can chew? I usually spend Sundays cooking up yummy food for the week, it takes me most of the day, but it’s SOOOO worth it! 1st up….a batch of applesauce. Apples from the CSA fruit share, cut, peeled and put in the crock pot! Next up were the beans for my Pumpkin Chili. Finally it was time to tackle the pumpkin! 160; I steamed it for about 20 minutes.

The boys are now 4 and 2 and I am just amazed at how every day gets easier. Not only have I settled into the role of "mother" officially. yes, after nearly 5 years, but they are aging and maturing at a rapid pace. I can finally use logic with both of them and it creates less temper tantrums - all around. And, now even 3 months later, I feel rested. Links to this post.
