Friday, February 27, 2015. My amazing sister, Beth and my sweet Mom threw me the most elegant baby shower last weekend. We decided to do an outdoor luncheon in my parents backyard. We hire our friend Amber and her mom Cyndi of "From Scratch LV" to plan all of our events, and they never disappoint! It just was better than I ever could have hoped for. Saturday, March 29, 2014. McKay and I were asked to get dressed up in our wedding attire and model for a photography convention here in Las Vegas. The pictures took place in a ghost town way out in the middle of no where, but it was such a cool location! We felt a little out of our element posing in front of 12-13 photographers, but we had so much fun {or at least I did} getting dressed up in our wedding get-up again, and I think the pictures turned out great! Time sure does fly when you're having fun!

Wednesday, November 20, 2013. This handsome fella is 24 today! Even though we are getting older, in a way I feel like we are getting younger! We are faced with more "grown up" decisions than ever, but somehow our marriage is getting more light-hearted. Our new favorite thing to do usually goes as follows:. 1 Mckay picks me up in a baby hold. 2 He swings me in the air saying 1.2. and on the count of 3 throws me in the air. 3 i land safely on our bouncy bead laughing my head off. It is so cool to get a little taste of African culture. i always thought that all Temples had to be predominantly white, but i just recently learned that Temples all around the world have bold colors and fabrics. What goes inside of the Temple really just depends on the culture of that area. Cool huh? Have a great day!

Thursday, December 11, 2014. Ever since we lived in our apartment we have bought a real Christmas tree. Most years we buy from the same tree lot (set up in the middle of a parking lot). This year when we pulled up there weren't any trees in sight. We were sort of at a loss for what to do. That's where we always.
