Melissa was induced at about 1:00 pm on (I think) On June 2nd and labored until 10:45 pm. Everyone waiting. Dad showed up a little bit later. Some of us had some business to attend to whilst waiting for the big show.

Tuesday, September 15, 2009. This was our third year going up to Lomia as a family. Thanks to everyone (and hot showers, toilets and a full kitchen), we had a wonderful time. Now that's what I call camping! The Gutke Family campers. Masoner von Trapps. "One bottle of pop.". We thought the Chinchilla was real cute the night before. Then we realized it had been reeking havoc all night long. A hike up the mountain. A short walk for us. Lucy and Lizzie.Friends in the morning. Why is a freezing cold canal fun?

Sunday, March 17, 2013. Does it really take staying home from church with everyone sick to catch up on blogging? The ward needed a last minute musical number for the Christmas program. It was fun they had this ready and could play together. Surprise visit from Grandma Daleen for Elle's birthday. Elle's hair and nail birthday party. Cape Henlopen, Deleware. We went with the Hawleys and the Christensens. Ivy tagging along during summer swimming lessons. Mason, one of Elle's best friends. Trip home to Utah!

Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Happiest Place on Earth. We had such a fantastic time at Disneyland this past month. My kids are at the perfect ages. Alex still interested enough in the characters to humor us. Izzy old enough to hang for the long days. And Max just being Max. Gotta love that kid for his easy temperament. Alex's favorite ride was the Tower of Terror and California Screamin'. WOW - California Screamin' is an awesome ride! Izzy loved the characters so much! What a great age! July 19, 2011 at 9:38 PM.

Sunday, September 06, 2009. End of Summer 2009. ELLE AND SEB AT HOME AND AROUND TOWN. Elle said this was their boat and she was the librarian reading Seb a story. Tomatoes from our garden. Elle and Seb shared a room until we moved into our new house and had more rooms. We gave them each a room of their own but then found they just wanted to be together. Boys, 5 Girls, 1. Saturday, February 28, 2009. Trip to Idaho and Utah. We took a trip to Utah and Idaho in February to baptize our boys and do a little skiing! It was such a great trip. The boys were so excited to be baptized. Jake baptized them both and their Grandpa's confirmed them. It was such a special day! Look at this storm!
