Thursday, June 19, 2008. I'm Excited. Tomorrow I leave for Houston. I am driving all by myself. For some, that may sound boring.to me.it's the sound of sweet peace and quiet for 5 hours. No sounds of Veggie Tales, or a little boy asking "Why? As grateful as I am that he is intelligent and vocal, it can really get old after a while. So, I am excited about a drive to Houston. How lame is that? Not really, because I get to go to Harwin - which is so fun! I get to eat yummy food - fun too!

Friday, August 1, 2008. Finally - here is my Hurricane Dolly post. We, like many others, didn't do very much preparation for this hurricane - it was only a Cat 1, and we've seen 50 mile/hour winds many times before. Friday, July 11, 2008. Today I went to a bridesmaids luncheon. I am a bridemaid in Steve's little sister's wedding tomorrow. The theme of the luncheon was sort-of like the movie 27 dresses - you had to wear one of your old bridesmaids dresses and there was a contest and awards for vaious categories. Well, I don't keep anything, especially old bridesmaids dresses, so I had to scour the Salvation Army. I found a great "ugly" dress and sure enough - I won the WORST DRESS award! All because 2 fell in LOVE. Thankgiving Feast with Cash at School. I was so proud to attend Cash's Thanksgiving Feast. His class made vests, and headbands for their Native American role. Cash was WeeHa. The feast consisted of chicken nuggets, green beans, fruit salad, and cupcakes! What kid wouldn't love that! They made the cutest place mats. Using their hands for Turkey's. All because 2 fell in LOVE. WE ARE LOVING THIS! Stone is learning to explore! He can jump, sing, and spin all at once. The best part is he's safe from big brothers feet! Cash gives Stone a little bounce from time to time! They are growing closer everyday! Cash is a very loving big bother. He's always saying, "I love you Stone, your my best friend! I have two bottom teeth! The first one came through 7/12, and the second one came through 7/16. Thanks to the yellow sun teether. (background). They are so tiny.

All because 2 fell in LOVE. Costume Day at School. Today was costume day at school. The kids dressed up in lots of fun costumes. The pumpkin patch trip was canceled due to the thunderstorms. The kids had a fun day doing classroom rotations with stories, crafts, singing, and much more. Cash was so excited to go to school today! He had a great time. Matt was the other pirate with the cool hook. Cash has it on in a few pics. Thank you Matt for sharing. Cash loved it. I love his sayings. Nine months going on...
