Saturday, 26 February 2011. I have followed the program this week and instead of doing exercise dvd's i've been doing the biggest loser challenge on my Wii everyday. Toward the end of the week I was starting to feel pretty sore which is good cos I know it's working. Lost 600g from Sunday to Wednesday. Was pretty happy with that. Roll on week 2.
