Friday, August 1, 2008. The Other Side of the Story. So, Justin and I are ok. I should have maybe put that in the previous post. Basically what happened was, Justin was driving home from work around 5:30 in the middle lane on I-215 and a 17-year old girl's tire next to him blew, forcing her into him and subsequently into the wall and sign. Saturday, June 7, 2008. So about a month ago Justin took me to a bike shop in American Fork to "look" at scooters. I was naive and thought we really were just going to look at scooters and then maybe ride a few just for fun. Um, no. Justin pretty much had been scoping out these scooters for some time now and had every intention of buying one that day. Ha. It was 8 crazy Italian, action-packed, fun-filled days! We miss them and wish we could see them more. Here are some pics from Richmond, Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Washington DC. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Race for the Cure. Last weekend Justin, my mom, and I did the annual "Race for the Cure" for the Susan G. Komen. Breast Cancer Foundation. Its a 5k walk/run that we do with the whole fam. Ever since I was diagnosed. Last year we had a whole entourage show up, but this year we procrastinated a little and only the 3 of us could make it. No matter, it was awesome as usual! The experience is indescribable. And people get seriously decked out for this thing! Pink Boas, tutus, fairy.

At 7 months prego, I'm feeling like a cow these days, so I decided to look back on our engagement pics to fonldy reflect on what it is like to look down and see my toes. When Justin and I got married, we never got engagement pictures. So when one of my dear friends who has her own photography business offered to take them for us last May, we jumped at the chance!
