Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Our Superhero is TWO YEARS OLD! Most days I have no idea how we have gotten here! To think back to where we have been each of the two years before. We went into Kane's delivery knowing he had a severe heart defect, and knowing he would be whisked away to the nursery. Simple thoughts for the day. Sunday, August 28, 2011. Having twins is not easy. It's very straining on every area of my life. I have come to realize that there will not be a day that goes as planned, there will not be a day that goes smoothly, and there will not be a relaxing day for awhile. I wish there was a shot that I could give myself to give me two extra arms and two extra hands. I am trying to learn how to manage all of this, but am afraid I am failing daily. Simple thoughts for the day. Tuesday, April 12, 2011. I know my family is so anxious to meet these little ones. I know they are looking to them to bring some joy and happiness to such a hard time in our lives. I am praying that these two will be easy babies.healthy.sleep through the night.eat well.play well.poop well.and not be stressful! Perhaps its what I referred to a few days ago with little Tatum making her stamp on this world amongst the boys - maybe shes saying, Hey! Dont forget about me, too!

Simple thoughts for the day. Friday, February 25, 2011. At 29 weeks I measure 37 and gained 3 pounds in a week. I have some new friends on my tummy as of two weeks ago :( I didn't have those with Blake so it's something new for me and I think they will be with me for my whole life.
