There's only one way. Everything There Is a Season. 160;Sunday, September 26, 2010. The River Run Half Marathon was awesome! I'm so glad that my brother and sister-in-law suggested it! It was a beautiful course and I really enjoyed the race. Mile 1-3, I ran. The next two miles I ran 10minutes, walked 5minutes. The remaining 8.1 miles, I ran 10minutes, walked 2minutes, and sometimes skipped the walking all together. I PR'd by 20minutes! I couldn't believe it!
