The only thing that has really not come back is my appetite. in fact, i've lost 12lbs. but hey, i'm not complaining, i could stand to lose about 15, haha. however, i hope i am able to eat more than just a piece of toast soon without getting so full so fast. . Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Potato Au Gratin Soup. Okay, for all you locals out there, you have probably been to the Coppermill and had their Potato Au Gratin Soup. It's my absolute fav. I have a recipe for potato soup, so I tweaked it a little, and tried to come up with my own au gratin soup, and it was yummy! Here is what I did. 2/3 cup margarine or butter (which ever you prefer). 1 145 oz can chicken broth. 4 baked potatos, cooled, peeled and cut up in cubes. Add as much as you want. 1 cup sour cream.
