Melissa's Life - Life After 42

In December 2011 I turned 42. My father died from a heart attack at 42 and I was heading for a similar fate. At 40 my health was rock bottom, so I worked hard to get fit and lose weight that year. The year I turned 42, all I needed to do was to keep the fitness and lose the last bit of weight. I didn't quite get there. Then for 2 years I stumbled and fell and got back with it a couple times, but never permanently. So, we start this journey again.
