My Thoughts.Straight Out of the Box! Assisi and Saint Francis. Friday the 26th was Boxing Day and Fr Richard and I were scheduled to make a two day trip to Assisi and Venice. We left Rome about 9:30am and three hours later the train pulled into Assisi. There was some beautiful mountain scenery from the train but I think this was the coldest place we had been too so far, it was very very chilly! Posted by Mister Berns. My Thoughts.Straight Out of the Box! A wet day in Rome. It's been so busy I haven't even had time to blog (I'm not sure if this effects a readership of 3 people or 3000 people but either way, my apologies). Better make this the express version. An international museum and the whole line is dismissed so they can all go home for a piece of pizza and a brief sleep! Oh well.
