Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Fat Louie Fund is born! The Fat Louie Fund is a tribute to my best friend, Luigi “Louie” Harris. Louie, the quintessential pound puppy, was rescued in 2001. At the time he was thought to be approximately 1-2 years old and a Jack Russell/Mystery mix (which I now believe to be Welsh Corgi).
