Heather Schreiner has had a long association with Kingston's Melos Ensemble, and she is the principal Baroque oboist and recorder player in their Baroque orchestra, as well as playing the rarely-heard Renaissance instruments- vielle, krumhorn, and shawm- in their concerts of Medieval and Renaissance music.
