Livin' on Love: Little Update
http://nickandcourtsorensen.blogspot.com/2012/05/well-there-hasnt-been-too-much-new.html
Thursday, May 31, 2012. Well there hasn't been too much new going on here lately. Nick is just working everyday still, and I started my job as a lifeguard. It is pretty fun, just sit in the sun and yell at kids all day! It's called the Water Mine, it's a kids park, but pretty big. It has a lazy river, and slides, and other fun features. It gets super hot and humid here. Lucky I get to swim around on my breaks! The first four weeks were crucial so this is very good news! The prayers are working! We are cu...

Livin' on Love: July 4th in New York
http://nickandcourtsorensen.blogspot.com/2012/07/july-4th-in-new-york.html
Saturday, July 14, 2012. July 4th in New York. The next morning we got up and had bagels for breakfast, then off to the subway. We rode the subway to the 9/11 memorial. This was one of our favorite parts. It was so neat to see the World Trade Center being rebuilt. It was just proof that America doesn't stay down. We get right back up. After the memorial we headed off to Chinatown. Chinatown was crazy! The next day we went to Central Park. I never realized Central Park was so big! All in all my birthday w...

Livin' on Love: our CAPITOL
http://nickandcourtsorensen.blogspot.com/2012/05/our-capitol.html
Thursday, May 17, 2012. Here goes round two! Still just getting used to this new city out here. It's really weird, in Utah there are mountains to orient you to which directions are which. Here, there is nothing. Just lots of trees and green. I kinda feel trapped. Whenever I go anywhere it is totally at the will of our GPS. It was a really good experience. They had the United States Discovery space shuttle there. It was huge! Bridger flying the Cessna with Uncle Nick. Our favorite thing to see was the Lin...

Livin' on Love: Arlington National Cemetery
http://nickandcourtsorensen.blogspot.com/2012/08/arlington-national-cemetary.html
Thursday, August 9, 2012. A couple weeks ago, the Poulton's and us decided to go and visit Arlington Cemetery. You wouldn't believe how big Arlington is! 612 acres. There are headstones everywhere you look. It was a really neat place to visit, with a really cool story behind it. It was a very patriotic feeling seeing all the headstones, and just thinking how many people have fought for our freedom. The Tomb of the Unknown Soilder. So, it was a fun little tour. We rode a bus around the grounds, it is ...

Livin' on Love: Busy Busy Busy!
http://nickandcourtsorensen.blogspot.com/2012/10/busy-busy-busy.html
Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Well, I haven't blogged since we left Virginia so here it goes. Our summer finished out really well. It was a successful summer, but we were ready to get home. Ready to see family, and I was ready to start nursing school. He really is just so good looking sometimes I can't believe how lucky I am:). My clinical rotation is down as South Davis Community Hospital and I have already got to give 2 flu shots (this kinda stuff excites me, Nick is used to it by now haha). We went to B...
