A canine with a definite case of little man’s syndrome, Theo’s description on paper was small and unpleasant. A comparable understatement would be to call Hitler unpleasant with a trace of a mustache. Theo was an absolute terror, a waste of space and resources. My first time to his place I stood before his apartment door. I completed my ceremonious what am I doing with my life? Had I made it?

It will be something more along the lines of, When I was your age I had to TALK, to people, just to COMMUNICATE! I was working at a Jazz lounge and on the cusp of my last serving shift ever. Two shifts to go, to be exact, from the one this story takes place on. The closing of the restaurant was not, I told myself, a direct correlation to my hire roughly nine months prior. Bring it on, I love feedback!
