Monday, April 6, 2015. DIY DOUBLE PEARL EARRINGS. Earring studs of choice (I got mine on sale at Old Navy). Pearl beads (I used 17.78 mm/7in). Head pins OR wire. All of the supplies can also be purchased as a kit or separately on Darby Smart. Small flat back crystals. E6000 or other strong adhesive glue. 1 Open a jump ring and loop it through one of the loops of the earring backing. 3 Glue a small Swarovski crystal to the bottom of the pearl to cover the head pin or open hole. Tuesday, January 6, 2015. DIY CUSTOM TEA BAGS. Hand crafted tea bags make wonderful gifts and Valentine's Day is just around the corner! I made these as Christmas gifts and the recipients loved them! I used the rosebud tea from Cha for Tea. To make these little tea bags but any kind of loose leaf tea will do. Loose leaf tea of choice. Needle and thread or sewing machine. 3 Staple the embroidery floss in place at the top of the tea bag. Stitching and stapling will ensure that the floss will not rip off.

Rich in carotenoids, vitamin K, and anti-inflammatory flavonoids. 2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese, grated. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. Pinch of black pepper. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 8 oz. package of low fat cream cheese. 3 heaping handfuls of spinach, blanched. 1 8 oz. package of frozen artichoke.
