View my complete profile. Monday, May 28, 2012. Carter played t-ball for the first time this year. The team he played on was the Yankees. He played with a lot of his buddies from school. They were incredibly well-coached and all in all he loved it. On opening day they had all the teams run out onto the field, so the announcers could introduce them. Carter looks like such a little man. I didn't even recognize him. It doesn't help that he likes to wear his hat really low:). I just love this kid so much!

View my complete profile. Sunday, January 13, 2013. 2012- A Year of Firsts. This is just funny! Grandpa Steve and Grandma Denise took Carter fly fishing this summer in Utah. There is a fish farm just down the road from their house. Carter caught on pretty quickly and then he informed me that they had a guy come to his school and teach the kids how to fly fish. That's one of those "You know you live in Oregon when." kind of things. Ha ha! More of Carter kayaking. His total new love! I was one proud mama!

I made my way through law school playing in a rock band. I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I have a B.A. degree in Portuguese. I went back to Brazil in college with a bunch of buddies for 2 months to do an internship. I have a law degree and an M.B.A. I LOVE being a dad.

The location was changed at the last minute because of the weather. I don't love the background, but they turned out really cute despite the yellow wall:). Carter love to dance, loves music, and loves to look cool! He wanted this hat so badly. He really wanted to wear black skinny jeans with this, but they weren't clean! You'd think he was my kid or something!

We are more than ready for there to be a few more members of this little family;). Grandma Niecey (Denise, Mikell's mom) and Carter. He's got her wrapped around his little finger and she knows it! I wish every kid could have a dad like Scott. Denise, Steve, Clint, Mikell, Carter, and Scott. He is 100 percent pure boy! What mom doesn't want great pictures of her kids?

View my complete profile. I was born in Ogden, Utah- ummmm a long time ago. I am the oldest of two. I have a disabled younger brother. Our family coached a Special Olympic team for about 10 years. I grew up skiing almost every weekend. I also grew up horse back riding, camping, and boating. Our family took an annual trip to Lake Powell every year. I played all sports until high school and then focused only on soccer. In college I liked rock climbing, scuba diving, snowboarding, and cliff diving.

View my complete profile. Loves quads, tractors, and trucks and the bigger the better. Has 3 battery operated quads courtesy of his grandma. He has parking spaces in the garage. He washes them and prays for them. His biggest goal in life is to be 16, so he can get his driver's license. He's building a river in our backyard that he's been working on for two years. Our neighbor has a beautiful one and he wants one just like it. He's loves money and will patiently save it for the things he wants to buy.

View my complete profile. Tuesday, April 16, 2013. So, puppy life has been eventful. Carter now has a partner in crime which can be funny and stressful at the same time. Here are few pictures from the last couple of months of our journey through puppyhood! Second, the contraption Carter is swimming in is a pond liner our neighbor was trying to get rid of. Carter managed to talk our neighbor into letting him have it. Carter told us he wanted to build us a pond! But it made for a cute picture after the fact.
