Elville Cares is a Not for Profit entity with control over the assets owned in partnership with stakeholders. A Finance Committee oversees finances and reports to the board. A strategic plan is reviewed annually and it's implementation progress monitored by a Planning and Review Committee. The Board meets bi-monthly with supplementary meetings, systems and processes.
