Friday, April 10, 2009. Good Friday in the ER. I'll spare you the gore underneath. Despite already visiting our local hospital this morning for a routine blood draw, Spencer apparently wanted a better tour of the place. He sliced his hand pretty badly at the base of his thumb while inserting glass into a window frame at work. His boss (our landlord) graciously took him to the ER for stitches. Monday, April 28, 2008. Evening at the estuary. We needed to get out of the house. Spencer brought his physics textbook. I brought my camera. Lovely time. My husband delights in sabotaging pictures. There, that's better. I've been feeling pretty rotten the past few days and Spencer has been studying A LOT lately, so it was really nice for both of us to get out for a little bit.
