Work, Rest, Repeat. TabataFit is taken from the Tabata style WOD's in our main CrossFit classes and is designed to burn fat quick by alternating constantly through work and rest periods. A Typical TabataFit Class. Following a short warmup covering the movements, the clock will start and you will work your way through 20-30 minutes of movements working for 20 seconds and resting for 10, working for 20 seconds and resting for 10. The class is finished off with a warm down/stretching period.

We are proud to announce that on Saturday 19th September we will be joining the hundreds of CrossFit boxes worldwide in this incredible event. WOD and Wine Night.
