Creating memories one day at a time. Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our family spent a few days down in the Dominican Republic, celebrating our sons marriage. Here is a little pictorial review of the resort we stayed at. It is called Dreams Palm Beach Resort. You can click on the name to go see some fabulous pictures. They came in and turned down your bed each night and gave you the next days schedule of activities. The pools had shelves so you could sit in. The water and relax!

Creating memories one day at a time. Monday, May 12, 2014. Love that all my bulbs I planted last fall came up this spring! Meg and I got together for a day of smashing. I made 8 more pages in 365 Smashbook. This book is all about the seasons and holidays. I am having a hard time finding things to put in this book, but I am chugging along in it. So proud of these two! They are living out their faith and. Becoming awesome servants in ministry. All my cropping buddies! I can't wait till next years crop.

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a very famous light. It was moved back in 1999, saving it from falling into the ocean. Ocracoke Lighthouse was our last lighthouse on the Outer Banks. Hopefully BJ will get my logo done soon so I can get my blog going to sell them:). Ella- she is 4 months old now. She ways a whopping 14.5 lbs and is 24.5 inches tall! Max is loving playing with Legos, particularly Star Wars. That is what he does all day. We are in the reading program at the library and he asks for us to read to him every night! Max painting the tie for Daddy.

Friday, April 25, 2014. During the winter we thought we had had seen a new bird at our feeder. But after looking it up, we realized that the Goldfinch changes color during the winter. Their feathers turn brownish. Very cool! Now this little guy showed up at our feeder this week. His color is all back and is beautiful. I am shooting through my window so. Forgive my dirty windows.
