I can see from visit on this blog that the baking cups are the most interesting:). And since I got the idea, I have found easier way to make them and make them nicer. I have used origami paper and baking paper 15x15 cm or 6x6 inches and cut the origamipaper so they will have decorative edges. Wraped it around my mold, a cup the size of the indentations of my cup cake tray.

Hittade en helt underbar rastgård idag, hur stor som helst! Riktigt härligt att se hundarna ha gott om utrymme att springa på. Nästa gång blir det till att ta med sig lite fika ;) Precis vad jag behövde efter en dålig start på dagen med tandläkar besök. Keskiviikko 30. syyskuuta 2009. Tänään taas oli crosstrainer-päivä :) 60min. crosstrainerilla ja sitten vatsa and selkä 20min. Nyt on treenattu 6 päivää putkeen ja sellanen olokin on, jalat on ihan muussina :(. Huomenna sitten onkin lepopäivä! Kävin tänään aamupuntilla joten punnitsin silloin ja vaaka näytti 53,6 kg. 2 x proteiini patukkaa. Perunamuussia, kookoskasviksia, 2 näkkäriä (kouluruokaa). Arla keso, ituja, salaattia ja kurkkua. Issä oli juttu kivikausi-dieetistä, oletteko kuullu siitä? No niin, ...
