Cut the Crap Redux. What’s Your Name, Mommy? Jen realized her invincibility when she discovered she could breastfeed while making applesauce. Laquo; 3 Days. October 3, 2009 by Jen. A day in the PICU is singularly surreal. The people there are all friendly, and aside from the kid that died the night before. I am exhausted. I am running on fumes and muscle soother and lip buttah. On October 4, 2009 at 6:23 am. That’s really scary about the other boy that was killed. On October 5, 2009 at 12:32 am. You are ...

EAST OF ALLEN: Woodpeckers Building Their Nest
http://eastofallen.blogspot.com/2014/04/woodpeckers-building-their-nest.html
Life in East Pasadena - past and present. Saturday, April 26, 2014. Woodpeckers Building Their Nest. The past few days I've been watching a pair of woodpeckers chipping away at the neighbor's tree. Not sure what kind of woodpeckers they are. Possibly Nuttal's Woodpecker. Which is listed as common to Eaton Canyon. This is the male. Here is the female. Its a good thing they chose you as their guardian. April 26, 2014 at 9:41 PM. April 28, 2014 at 9:30 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). North of the 210.

Cut the Crap Redux. What’s Your Name, Mommy? Jen realized her invincibility when she discovered she could breastfeed while making applesauce. Laquo; I Heart Home. I am Having Trouble lately. October 18, 2009 by Jen. So, you know, it’s like. I have never felt so unable to get shit out in my entire life. It’s all balling up in my stomach, all of the fear and, well, fear. It’s like writer’s block only it covers absolutely everything. I’ve been writing poetry again. This comes closest to the cathar...It̵...

Cloth diapers, law books, and 20-sided dice. But enough about me, let’s talk about…me. The one where I pretend there isn’t sewage in my basement. March 14, 2011. Did I mention there is sewage in my basement? Because I am so completely grossed out and, to be honest, dreading finding out exactly what could cause the back-up. Cloth diapers, law books, and 20-sided dice. April 12, 2011. I’m sure there’s stuff going on around here that isn’t related in some way to plants but my mini-garden is such a source of joy that it takes up most of my thoughts these days. The backyard is slowly coming … Continue reading →. This is not a homestead. The one where I pretend there isn’t sewage in my basement. March 14, 2011. The cohorts of chaos. This is not a homestead. Cloth diapers, law books, and 20-sided dice. The one where I pretend there isn’t sewage in my basement. April 12, 2011. We have a couple of herb sprouts, though I forgot to label which pot was which. It’s catnip, basil, parsley or cilantro. The strawberry pots are still bare, but I guess it’s a bit early still. I think perhaps tomorrow I will try moving them outside to see if more access to light helps as I’m not entirely sure our kitchen bench gets enough. This entry was posted in Bees. People always as...
