Like many folks these days, I find myself in the position of needing to sell my townhouse because I can’t actually afford to pay for it. I’ve been cleaning, de-cluttering, painting and staging to get it ready to list. It’s a bit sad, this little townhouse has seen lots of laughter, tears and fun. No place more than my back porch. Dixie Chicks at top volume has been sung – I’m sure my neighbors loved that. I love you, Cousin!
