Saturday, April 4, 2009. Northwestern winds usher in the season of change, growth, renewal and rebirth. The geese and ducks are back from their southern hiatus. Pollen once again assaults my sinuses. The snow has melted to uncover a season's worth of dog shit hidden underneath (thanks for not picking up after your pets, good neighbors). At least the grass has a headstart on nutrition.
